My process

I try to keep things as simple as possible for you, and I’ll be as flexible as you need me to be. Basically, my process is your process, whatever that may be. But if you really need to know how things go, keep reading.

In the beginning...
I can meet with you at your office, over the phone, or electronically. (I have actually worked very closely with people that I’ve never met in person!)

We can brainstorm together, or you can just give me the assignment and information you need to communicate, and I’ll give you my thoughts. You may have a pretty good idea of what you want to say and how you want to say it. Or, you might not be so sure what direction to turn. Either way, I’ll give you my honest input, and we can go from there.

I’ll also ask you lots of questions to make sure I’m heading in the right direction.

In the middle...
I can give you regular updates or just present you with the finished product. You can make as many revisions as you feel are needed. (Don’t worry about bruising any fragile egos, because I leave mine in the other room whenever I’m working.) I can work very closely with you, or just go my own way and get the job done. Whatever makes your life easier is perfect for me.

Throughout the process...
You can call or e-mail me anytime. If you have a sudden flash of insight that you want to share, I’d love to hear it. Or, if you just want to see how things are going, I’m always happy to share.

I’ll work with you however you want to work with me. It’s that simple.

In the end...
We’ll send the right message to the right people, in the right way. As long as we get results, it’s a success.
